Online purchase made through ordersmore.com can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivered date.
All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.
Return/Exchange Process/Refund
Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at customerservice@ordersmore.com to get a return authorization. Please note we won't accepet the return package without email us to get a return authorization, thanks for your understanding.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
Please note: For the return order as personal reason the shipping fee is not be refunded, as the delivery service has finished. If the order is free shipping, we'll refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee($6.99). Thanks for your understanding.
Order Cancellation
We offer full refund to your original payment method if the order is cancelled within 12 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact us once your decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 12 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
